Alex Shore, DDS

Dr. Alex Shore was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science from Michigan State University in 2015.

In 2019, Dr. Shore received his D.D.S Degree from the University of Michigan, the top-ranked dental school in the United States. Before opening Signature Smile Arts, Dr. Shore worked as an associate spanning three states: Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. During that time he gained experience in all aspects of general dentistry.

Dr. Shore practices with special emphasis on comprehensive family dentistry and implant dentistry. Dr. Shore has been awarded a Fellowship and Mastership certification by the International Dental Implant Association for excellence in implant dentistry.

In addition, Dr. Shore received training and became certified in providing 3 on 6™ full mouth rehabilitation from Smile Systems Institute. Dr. Shore has the honor and privilege of becoming the first 3 on 6™ authorized provider in Illinois.

Also, Dr. Shore provides his patients a full range of services such as emergency dental procedures, tooth extractions, orthodontics, and root canals. Dr. Shore strives to advance his education throughout his career to offer his patients the most cutting-edge and up-to-date services in dentistry.

Dr. Shore is an active member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, The Illinois State Dental Society, The International Dental Implant Association, and The AAFE (American Academy of Facial Esthetics).

In his free time, Dr. Shore loves to travel, spend time with his family, and cook. Dr. Shore is an avid Michigan State Spartan fan, along with his beloved hometown Detroit sports teams: The Lions, The Tigers, and The Red Wings.

Dr. Shore takes great pride in creating lasting relationships with his patients, creating a family atmosphere within the practice, and working hard to ensure every patient leaves with the smile that they desire.

Dr. Carlos Hernandez

Dr. Hernandez welcomes patients with open arms & a caring heart. His love for dentistry started with his own experience with orthodontic treatment, which transformed his smile & taught him how a healthy, beautiful smile can enhance self-confidence! He received both his Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees from Purdue University & then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Tufts University.

Dr. Hernandez enjoys spending time with his family, wife Maggie & their two pugs Chip & Luna. He enjoys trying out new restaurants & visiting state parks. You may also find him relaxing on a boat on Lake Michigan.

Dr. Jason Giuliano

Dr. Giuliano is a passionate provider with a deep-rooted connection to the dental field, coming from three generations of dental lab technicians. Dr. Giuliano grew up immersed in his family’s dental laboratory and spent his summers helping create smiles for the Chicagoland area. While working in the dental laboratory, Dr. Giuliano attended The Ohio State University, where he graduated with high honors and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Dr. Giuliano then completed his dental education with high honors at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.

Given his background in the field, Dr. Giuliano has a unique understanding of both the artistic and technical sides of dentistry. To ensure the best available care is provided to his patients, he is committed to being on the forefront of dental advancement through continuing education and dental technology.

Outside of the office, Dr. Giuliano is an avid fan of Chicago sports. You can find him tailgating every Sunday before the Chicago Bears games. When not cheering on his favorite teams, Dr. Giuliano loves to work out, run with his dog Finn, and cook new recipes-believing that a healthy lifestyle contributes to both personal well-being and optimal patient care.
